Download a subscription invoice

Every charge for your plan, add-ons and credits is listed with its invoice or receipt.

Download it

• Go to Setup and open Subscription.

• Open the Invoice Activity tab.

• Find the row, then use Preview invoice to check it or Download Invoice to save it.

Credit bundles come with a receipt rather than an invoice, so click View receipt. A declined charge has no invoice.

Two charges in one month?

Each payment is taken separately, so a credit top-up or a new add-on appears as its own row. If a charge on your statement has no matching row here, it is from another supplier. Check the merchant name, and contact support if you are unsure.
