Sign in with a passkey
Use Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a security key to sign in.
A passkey replaces typing your password with your device’s own unlock. It stays on your device and only works for Sovica, so it cannot be guessed or phished.
Allow passkeys (administrators)
Go to Setup, open Business Details and choose Security. Under Allowed login methods, tick Passkeys and save.
Add a passkey
Click your avatar and choose Account Settings, then Security.
Under Passkeys, give the device a name in Device name (optional).
Click Add a passkey and follow the prompt from your browser or device.
You see Passkey added. Add one on each device you use. To retire a device, click Remove beside it.
If the page says This browser does not support passkeys., update your browser or switch to another one.
Sign in
On the sign-in page, choose the passkey option and confirm on your device.
