The low credit balance banner
Why the low balance banner appears and how to clear it.
Table of Contents
A banner appears at the top of Sovica when your credit balance drops below your threshold. It is a reminder to top up before messages and AI tools stop.
Who sees it
Everyone in the clinic. Administrators also get a link that opens the purchase window.
Clear it
Buy credits. See Buy a credit bundle.
Or click the X to hide it for 7 days in this browser. Hiding it does not add credits.
Two-step sign-in codes by text still arrive when your balance is empty.
