Change your password
Update your password or reset a forgotten one.
You can change your password from your account settings at any time, or request a reset link from the sign-in page if you no longer know it.
Changing your password signs you out on your other devices, so have the new one handy.
Change it while signed in
Open the user menu in the top bar and choose Account Settings, then Security.
In Change password, fill in Old password, New password and Confirm password.
Tick Show passwords if you want to check what you typed.
Click Change Password.
A new password needs at least 10 characters. If the two new entries differ, the form tells you and nothing changes.
Reset a forgotten password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
Enter your email and click Send reset link.
Open the link in the email, choose a new password and click Set password.
If no email arrives, check your spam folder and confirm you used the address your clinic has on file.
