Control access to analytics

Choose which report categories a person can open, and whether they can build or export reports.

The Reports group controls Analytics.

View reports opens the page.
A permission per category, covering clients, leads, sales, financial, business, appointments and activities.
View clinical reports and View team reports.
Build custom reports and Export reports.

Set these on a role, or under Role & locations. To give access to one report without its category, use report access.
