Control discounts at the till
Decide who can apply a discount or change a price, and how large a discount needs extra sign-off.

Three permissions control discounting.
Apply discounts allows discounts at checkout.
Apply discounts above the discount limit allows larger ones.
Change prices at checkout allows editing a line's price.
Set them under Sales and payments on a role, or for one person. Without them, the discount controls at the till don't appear.
