Set up a tiered commission
Reward higher sales with higher rates, with separate rates applying to each band of sales.

Tiers pay more as someone sells more within a period.
Open the sheet and choose tiered on the item tab.
Choose the Rate type and Sales period.
Click Add Tier for each band, with its start and rate.
Save.
Each tier's rate applies to the part of the period's sales inside that tier, not all of them. Tiers must start where the last one ends.
