Get notified when forms are completed
Know when a patient has finished a medical form, so that you can review it before they arrive.
Table of Contents
Open your name, choose Settings and go to Notifications.
Search for forms.
Tick how you want to be told.
Click Save Changes.
You can then open the form from the notification and review it before the appointment.
