How teams group your staff, and how visibility decides which patients and leads they can see.

Teams group staff for filters, reporting and defaults, such as a default homepage.
Visibility groups control what people can see. Everyone starts in the Default Group.
A person can be in one visibility group. You don't need visibility groups if everyone should see everything.
