Control access to money

Choose who can take payments, see invoices, issue refunds and change prices at the till.

Sales and payments covers the till and invoices. Common choices:

Use the point of sale and checkout, View invoices and Take payments.
Edit issued invoices, Void invoices and Delete invoices.
Issue refunds, with a separate permission for refunds above the limit.
Send payment links, Manage quotes.
Write off debt.

Since these touch your books, reserve the more sensitive ones for managers. Changes appear in the corrections report for review.
