Control access on the mobile app
How staff permissions carry over to the app, so that access is the same on phone and desktop.

The app follows the same permissions as the web version, so there's nothing separate to set up. Whatever you change on a role or person applies to both.
Check any access problem on the web under Role & locations first. The person may need to sign out and back in to see it take effect.
