Set up controlled drugs and FP10
What a prescriber needs before they can issue controlled drugs and print FP10 prescriptions.

Controlled drugs and FP10 printing need extra details beyond an ordinary prescriber setup. The prescriber must be registered with their professional body, such as the GMC, GPhC or GDC.
Complete their Registrations, including the register and number.
Add any prescribing identifier your region requires.
Add their signature.
Set up the controlled drugs in your drug list.
Print a test on your FP10 paper and check it lines up before using it with a patient.
