Control access to the dashboard
Decide who sees business figures on the home page, as well as the business dashboard.

Everyone gets a home page, but business figures are protected. Tick View the business dashboard in the Reports group to let someone see them.
Without it, they see only what concerns their own work. Set it on a role, or for one person under Role & locations.
