Get notified about patient reviews
Hear about every new review, or just low ratings, so that you can respond quickly.

For yourself
Open your name, choose Settings, go to Notifications and search for reviews. Tick your channels and save.
For the clinic
On Reviews, open Settings, then Notifications. Turn on Email us about every new review or Email us about critical reviews (1★ or 2★) and set Send to.
