Send a password reset email
Help a colleague who is locked out by sending them a link to choose a new password.

Go to Team, open People and click the person.
Open More options at the top of their profile.
Choose Send reset password email.
They get a link by email. If it doesn't arrive, ask them to check spam and confirm their address is right. The same menu has Clear passcode and Require password change.
