Add extra forms during a pathway

Fill in a form or note that the pathway did not plan for.

Sometimes a patient decides on another treatment in the room, or a consent was missed. You can add more paperwork without leaving the visit.

Add a form

From the appointment, tap Forms.
Search under Search forms, or look at For this appointment and All forms.
Tap a form to fill it in.
Tap Complete form, or Save draft to finish later.

Tap New treatment note, pick the Template and Visit, and tap Start note.

Everything you add files on the patient card under Forms or Treatment notes.
