Chart injections on the app
Plot each injection on a face diagram with product, dose and batch.

Treatment note templates with injection charting show a front-view face to tap on. Each mark records where you injected and what you used.
Add injections
Open the Treatment note from the pathway or the appointment.
Tap the face. The injection goes to the nearest named area.
If an area is not on the drawing, use Or add at an area.
Enter the Product, Dose in units or ml, and Batch.
Remove injection takes one back off. A running total shows under the chart.
Finish
Tap Save draft to come back later, or Sign note to complete and lock it. A signed note reads back as a list with totals.
