Take payment for a visit from the appointment.
You can finish a visit on the phone, from the appointment itself. You need permission to take payments. Without it, the screen says You cannot take payments. Ask someone who can.
Take the payment
Tap the appointment and tap Checkout.
Check the Basket, the Subtotal, any Discount and the Total, then tap Continue.
Pick one of the Payment methods to record the Amount due.
Where your device supports it, Tap to Pay lets the patient hold a card or phone near the top of the device until it beeps.
Use a package or membership
A booked service can be paid with a session from the patient's package. If their active membership includes the service, choose Use membership instead. When these cover everything, tap Complete checkout with no payment to take.
When a payment does not save
If the card went through but the app could not save it, tap Save the payment again before you take another payment.
