Install and sign in

Get the Sovica mobile app and set your PIN.

The Sovica mobile app gives staff the calendar, patient cards and checkout on a phone or tablet. It uses the same account as the web app.

Install the app

On the web, go to Setup and open Staff App. Under Download Staff App, scan the code with your phone camera to install on iOS, or follow the App Store link.

Sign in the first time

  • Enter the Email and Password you use on the web and tap Sign in.

  • If you use two-step sign-in, enter your 6-digit code or a recovery code and tap Verify.

  • At Choose a PIN, enter 4 to 6 digits, tap Next, confirm it and tap Save PIN.

Unlocking

The app locks after 5 minutes in the background and asks for your PIN. Five wrong PINs sign you out, so you need your password again.

Administrators can add rules such as biometric unlock or one device per clinician on the Staff App page.
