Draw on a treatment form
Mark up a chart or photo to show what you did or plan to do.

You can record the visual side of a treatment in two ways on the app: an injection chart inside a note, or marks on top of a photo.
On a treatment note
Templates with charting show the face diagram. Tap to place each injection, and sign below in the Sign here box.
On a photo
Open the photo at full size and tap Mark up.
Pick a Tool and Colour: pen, arrows or text labels in red, yellow or blue.
Use undo or Clear to fix mistakes.
Tap Save marked-up copy. It saves as a new photo, and the original stays as it is.
