What the app shows and saves when you lose your signal.
The app keeps working through a dropped connection for the things that matter during a treatment. It saves the days you have viewed and can hold treatment note drafts until you reconnect.
Before you lose signal
Open the days you will need. Any day you have not opened shows Offline, and this day was not saved on the device.
What works offline
Reading the saved days on the calendar.
Editing and saving an existing treatment note draft. It stays on the phone with a Pending sync badge.
What needs a connection
Moving bookings and using the Waitlist.
Starting a new treatment note and signing one.
Taking a payment.
When you are back online
Drafts send by themselves when the app returns to the foreground, or within 20 seconds. If someone changed the same draft elsewhere, the note warns you and offers to keep your version or Discard offline changes.
Signing out wipes saved days and any unsent drafts from the device.
