Book a patient into a class on the app

Class sessions appear on the calendar in the instructor’s or room’s column. Tap one to see the time, room, Places booked and Participants.

Add a patient

• Under Add participant, use Find a client.

• Tap the patient to add them.

• If you see Class full., remove someone or increase the number of places.

On the day

Check each person in, or mark a no-show. You can undo either one, and Remove takes someone off the class.

Change or cancel

Use Class details to edit Places and the Class note, then tap Save class. Cancel class asks whether to cancel This class only or This and following classes for a repeating class.
