Reinstall the app

Remove the Sovica app and install it again when it misbehaves.

Reinstalling is a quick fix when the app freezes, shows odd data or will not open. Your clinic data lives on the server, so nothing is lost except what only exists on the phone.

Drafts marked Pending sync live on the device. Open the app with signal first so they can send, because deleting the app removes them.

Remove it and install again

  • On the home screen, press and hold the Sovica icon and choose to delete the app.

  • Confirm the deletion.

  • Open the App Store, search for Sovica and download it again.

  • Sign in with your web Email and Password, then choose a new PIN.

You need iOS 17 or later on an iPhone or iPad.
