Reset your PIN

What to do when you forget the PIN that unlocks the app.

The app PIN is separate from your password and is stored only on the device. Nobody at your clinic can read it back to you, but you can replace it in a minute.

Choose a new one

  • On the lock screen, enter wrong PINs until the app signs you out. Five attempts is the limit.

  • Sign in again with your Email and Password, plus your code if you use two-step sign-in.

  • At Choose a PIN, enter 4 to 6 digits, confirm it and tap Save PIN.

The Passcode on the web is different. It is the 4-digit code for the locked calendar and for leaving Client mode, and it lives under Account Settings on the Security tab.
