Edit medical forms on the app

Drafts stay open to edit. Completed forms lock, so a change needs the right permission and leaves a trail.

Edit a draft

On the patient card, open the form under Forms, change the answers, and tap Save draft or Complete form.

Change a completed form

• Open the form. Its status shows as Completed · Locked.

• Tap Unlock form. You need permission for this.

• Make the change and complete it again, then tap Lock form.

Signed treatment notes work a little differently: use Correct note and give a Reason for the correction. The old answers are kept as a revision.
