Use room view on the app

See the day by treatment room rather than by staff member.

Room view is useful when rooms are your tightest resource. It shows one column per active room at the location, plus a column for bookings with no room.

Switch views

At the top of the calendar, choose Rooms. Your choice stays while you move around the app.

If you see No rooms at this location. Add them in Setup › Rooms., add the rooms on the web.

Dragging a booking in this view changes its time only. The booking stays in its room.
