Record a consultation on your device and get a structured summary.

Consultation summary listens to the whole conversation and pulls out the points that matter for the note.
Record it
In a long answer field, tap the microphone and choose Consultation summary.
Confirm The client agreed. Only record when the patient has agreed.
Put the device between you and speak as normal.
Stop recording, then check and edit the summary.
Sign the note when you are happy with it.
