See your ratings and respond to patients from your phone.

A quick, personal reply shows patients you listen. The reviews page gives you the overall rating and each review.
Reply
Open the menu and choose Reviews under marketing.
Check your overall score at the top, and filter the list if needed.
Tap a review and tap Respond.
Write your reply, or tap Generate for an AI draft you can edit. A draft uses 2 credits.
Send it.
