Create a care pathway
Build the steps a patient goes through when they arrive for a service.

A pathway is an ordered list of steps tied to a service. Build it once, and the app walks staff and patients through it at every visit.
Build it
On the web, go to Setup and open Care pathways.
Create a pathway and link the services it applies to.
Add steps from Consent form, Medical history, Form, Before photos, Treatment note, After photos, Aftercare and Checkout.
Mark any step optional if it can be skipped, then save.
The next time you open Pathway on a booking for that service, the new steps appear.
Optional steps can be skipped with a reason. Required steps must be done before Finish pathway becomes available.
