A tour of the mobile app
What each area of the staff app does and where to find it.
The app opens on Calendar, and everything else hangs off that screen or a booking. It uses your web account, so permissions match what you can do on the web.
From the header
Clients to search, add a patient and open the patient card.
Journey to see who has arrived today and how far along their pathway they are.
Waitlist to book or remove waiting patients.
Settings to choose which push notifications you get.
Sign out to leave the app. Saved days and drafts are wiped from the device.
From an appointment
Tap a booking to change its Status, or to open Pathway, Forms, New treatment note, Photos and Checkout. Open client goes to the patient card.
Other things you can do
Book, move and cancel appointments, block-outs and classes.
Chart injections, sign notes, and take and mark up photos.
Take payment, including Tap to Pay on supported devices.
