Cancel an appointment on the app

Cancel a booking from your phone and record the reason.

Cancelling frees the slot and keeps a record of why the booking did not go ahead.

Cancel it

  • Tap the booking on the calendar.

  • Tap Cancel….

  • Pick a Cancellation reason.

  • Tap Cancel appointment. If you change your mind, tap Keep it.

The list of reasons comes from Cancellation Reasons in Setup on the web.
