Complete a care pathway
Run a patient through arrival, forms, photos, notes and checkout.
The pathway is made for a tablet handed to the patient on arrival and taken back for the clinical steps. Progress stays at the top of the screen.
Start
Tap Journey, tap Check in beside the patient, then open their pathway. You can also tap Pathway on the appointment. Tap Start pathway.
The patient’s steps
Tap Hand to client to lock the device to their steps.
They check their details and tap My details are correct, then fill in the medical history and consent.
They see Thank you and hand the device back. Enter your passcode under Staff passcode and tap Unlock.
Set your passcode first, on the web under Calendar then Lock.
Your steps
Take the photos, write the note and take payment. Each step opens the normal screen and marks itself done when you return.
Tap Skip… and give a reason for any optional step.
Tap Finish pathway to file it on the appointment.
