Add fields to a capture form
Drag in the questions you need, from short text and dropdowns to file uploads.

Open the form in the builder.
Click or drag a field from the left.
Drag it where you want, or use the arrow keys.
Click Save Form.
Longer forms get fewer submissions, so ask only what you need.
