Promote gift cards automatically
Tell new patients about online gift cards with a workflow that sends itself.

Set up a workflow to tell patients about gift cards.
Go to Marketing, Workflows, and click Create workflow.
Choose a trigger, such as a first appointment being completed.
Add a delay.
Add an email with your gift card link.
Test, then click Publish.
Include how to buy online, and limit this to patients who've agreed to marketing.
