Resend a gift card
Send a gift card again if someone has lost it, directly from the patient's card.
Table of Contents
Open the buyer's patient card and go to Financials.
Find the gift cards section.
Open the card's actions and choose to resend.
Check the email address and send.
The code stays the same. Check the recipient's spam folder, too.
