Create an email campaign
Design a newsletter and send it to your patients.
Broadcasts send one message to many people at once. Go to Marketing, then Broadcasts, and click Create campaign. Choose Newsletter for email, or SMS broadcast for a short text.
Build it step by step
Settings: enter the Campaign title, Email subject, Preview text and From address.
Design: start from a template and edit the email.
Audience: choose who receives it. The count shows how many people you can reach.
Send or schedule: send now, or pick Schedule for later with a date and time.
Click Save Draft at any point to finish later.
A campaign can't be recalled once it is sent, so use Send Test in the Design step and check your inbox first.
See how it did
In the campaign list, open the row menu and choose View report. It shows delivered and opened counts, plus a table of recipients. From the same menu, Duplicate gives you a fresh copy to reuse.
