Add loyalty points by hand
Give a patient points as a goodwill gesture, or correct a missed award.
Table of Contents
Open the patient and find their loyalty section.
Click Add Points.
Enter Points Earned:, then check Points Value:.
Add a Description:.
Save.
The entry appears under Loyalty points, with the date.
