A broadcast is one message to many people, such as a seasonal offer or clinic news. Go to Marketing, then Broadcasts.
Newsletter lists email campaigns.
SMS lists text campaigns.
Lists holds your subscriber lists.
Above the list you'll see Campaigns sent, Total reach, Avg. open rate, Avg. click rate, Est. revenue and Est. appointments, all for 90 days. Email health warns you if delivery is at risk.
