Customise the feedback survey

Change the title and style of the survey that patients get after a visit, with a live preview.

Table of Contents

Open Reviews, then Settings.

Under A warm welcome, set the Survey name and Survey subtitle.
Under How reviews appear, choose Display client name and Show service.
Under Feedback Settings, choose the appointments it applies to.
Check Live preview, in Desktop or Mobile.
Click Save changes.

Languages adds translations, and Share gives you a Survey link.
