Moving to Workflows

Why Workflows replace Automations, what happens to your old ones, and how to rebuild them in Workflows.

Workflows send messages or create tasks on a schedule or event. They replace Automations, so build anything new in Workflows.

You'll find old ones at Marketing, Automations, with a notice and Go to Workflows.

All Automations lists what is left to move, with folders.
Rebuild each one with Create workflow, test it, click Publish, then turn off the old one.

Existing automations keep running until the cutoff. Move them over before then.
