Use capture form templates
Start from a ready-made form or save your own, so you don't build the same one twice.
Table of Contents
On Capture Forms, go to Templates.
Browse Starter templates, or search.
Click Preview, then Use template.
To save your own, click Save as Template in the builder. Manage categories groups them.
