Create a gift card
Sell prepaid value patients can spend at your clinic.
A gift card type is the template for what you sell, including its value, validity and design. Go to Marketing, then Gift cards, and open the Gift card types tab.
If the page says gift vouchers are switched off, turn them on in Setup, Business Details, Features first.
Create the voucher
Click Create Voucher.
Enter the Voucher name and Terms & conditions.
Set the Purchase price, the Gift card value and how long it is Valid for.
Under Redeemable for, choose what it can pay for.
Set On sale, Enable online sale and Send to recipient by email.
Click Continue, choose a Voucher theme and Background colour, then click Create voucher.
Track what you sold
The Sold tab lists each card with totals for Active cards, Outstanding balance and Sold value. The outstanding balance is what patients can still spend with you.
