Customise survey questions
Add, reorder or remove questions, with the overall rating always asked first.
Table of Contents
Open Reviews, Settings, and go to Questions.
Click Add Question to write your own, choosing a Question type.
Click Browse question bank for ready-made ones.
Use Move up and Move down to order them.
Tick Required where needed.
Click Save changes.
The star rating and comment box always come first. Keep it short, as fewer questions get more answers.
