Name or rename a capture form
Change the name of a form in the builder or settings, without changing its link.

Open the form and edit Form Name in the builder, or Form name under Settings, then save. Use a name your team will recognise, such as "Website Enquiry".
The Slug in Settings controls its web address. Changing it stops old links working.
