Gift cards explained

How gift cards work, from types and selling to redemption and your outstanding balance.

A gift card is prepaid value that patients can spend with you. Go to Marketing, Gift cards.

  • Gift card types are the designs you sell.

  • Sold lists cards sold, with Code, Bought by, For, Expires, Value and Balance.

  • Gift card totals shows Active cards, Outstanding balance, Sold value and Redeemed.

If it's missing, turn it on under Setup, Business details, Features.
