Edit, pause or delete a promotion

Change an offer, stop it for a while or remove it, without changing past sales.

Open More actions on the row on Promotions.

Edit: change its settings.
Duplicate: copy it for a new period.
Pause and Resume: stop it for a while.
Delete: patients can't use it, and it leaves the list. Sales that used it keep their discount.
