Create a loyalty campaign
Reward patients with points for spending and booking.
Loyalty campaigns award points for the actions you choose. Go to Marketing, then Loyalty, and click Create campaign.
Build the campaign
Type: choose Earning campaign, or Tiered campaign so patients unlock rewards at each threshold.
Earning rule: pick what earns points, such as Purchasing a Service, Purchasing a Product or Write a review, then set the points.
Tiers & rewards: for a tiered campaign, name each tier and set its threshold and rewards.
Schedule & launch: enter the Campaign name, dates, Locations and any limits or expiry.
Click Publish campaign to go live. Points are credited once per qualifying sale, at the rate you set.
Adjust a patient's points
Open the patient record, then Financials and Loyalty. You will see every points movement and the balance. Click Add Points to give points by hand, for example as a goodwill gesture.
Change it later
Use Configure campaign on the Loyalty page to edit a running campaign, or Settings for programme-wide options.
