Create a capture form

Build a new form from blank or a template, and get it ready to publish.

Table of Contents

Go to Marketing, Capture Forms, then click Create new form.
Choose Start from blank or Use a template.
Enter a Form Name.
Click or drag fields from the left.
Click Save Form.

Preview shows how it looks. New forms arrive with name, email and mobile fields if you choose those defaults.
