Add follow-ups from a treatment note

Create calls, recalls and meetings while you write, so nothing agreed gets forgotten.

Add Follow up to your treatment form. It's available on forms whose only type is Treatment Form.
When writing a note on the patient card, use it to add an activity, with the type, date and owner.

The activity appears in the patient's Activities straight away, and stays listed in the note.
