Let patients list medications in a form
Collect the medicines patients take, and save them to the patient card automatically.

Open the form, such as your medical history questionnaire.
Under Medical, add Medications.
Save.
Patients enter each medicine with its dose and frequency, and the list is added to their record. This isn't the same as Drugs, which prescribes from your drug list.
